Jordan is described as a compassionate, talented, very intelligent, spirited athlete who lived her life to the fullest and had a work ethic way beyond her very short 19 years on this earth. Her dream was to become a neurologist and work with children. She was a student at UCO at the time of her death. Those who knew Jordan believe she would have changed the world. Her family set up a trust (Jordan DeShazer Memorial Fund) in her name to create a scholarship foundation to assist medical students in their final years of education.
