Kandice Aleace Rushell O’Bryant was a ray of sunshine with a happy soul and a contagious smile. She inspired everyone she met with her positive attitude, playful sense of humor, and bubbly personality. Two years before her death, she and her mother were hit by a drunk driver while walking at Chandler Park in Tulsa, OK. Kandice was wheelchair bound with many ongoing medical issues following the collision. Despite her many challenges, she was a beautiful person inside and out. Kandice had a heart of gold and loved singing, dancing, swimming, and had a special place in her heart for babies. She was a 4th grader at Skyline Elementary School in Stillwater at the time of her death, from complications in her health ongoing since the time of her collision.
