Maraya Nicole Turner was just 2 years old when she was killed by a driver high on marijuana and opioids. Maraya spent her short life in Blackwell, OK. She loved going riding with her grandpa on four wheelers, shopping with her Aunt Peggy, teasing the boys, running around with her mother and giving kisses and hugs to everyone. Maraya was sweet, sassy, and full of life and love. She was beautiful and intelligent.
